The rules for the coloring contest.
Your voting link can be on any VE Board

and yes it can be on more then one VE Board.
All coloring pages must be e-mailed back on the due date.
You must win 3 times in a row to win a prize.
All members get awards for the coloring contest.
You may color your page any way you like too.
Just don't animate your coloring page.
